2026 Annual Conference Accommodation Request Form

The Sorrento Centre is holding rooms for us in the Caritas Lodge. This is the building in which we will have the conference sessions, the hospitality room and our lodgings.

There are 12 rooms with attached bathrooms that can accommodate 1 or 2 people. Each of these rooms has a double/queen bed and a single bed. Rate is $126 per night.

Please note that there are no fridges in the rooms, but there are at least two large fridges in the lodge that we can use if anyone plans to bring their own snacks.

To book:

• Upon receipt of the form we will send you a payment link
• If you’re booking double occupancy, only one person needs to submit the form/payment
